Frequently asked questions
How do I publish my first video?
Open Create, upload a video from your phone, write a caption and hashtags, choose a category and optional cover, then publish. Sign-in is required. Camera recording works in browsers that grant camera and microphone access. Uploads are public, including files attached to drafts.
Can I keep a video private?
Not with the current public file storage. Followers-only and private publishing are disabled, rather than giving you a false promise of privacy. Your account drafts, saved-video list, profile preferences, and messaging key backup use private account-scoped storage.
What does AI generation cost?
The Studio displays an owner-confirmed per-second estimate before submission. Actual charges come from the connected fal account. Retrying submits a new billable job, and cancelling may not prevent charges. There are no unlimited or invented credits. Admin-only generation remains in effect until protected quotas and a credit ledger are connected.
Do views earn money automatically?
No. Video metadata and client-side interactions are not verified eligible views. Earnings require a protected watch-time ingestion service, original-content checks, anti-fraud review, creator eligibility, and an approved financial ledger. The wallet never offers invented balances.
Are Pakistan withdrawals enabled?
No approved payout account is connected. JazzCash publishes corporate payment services, but its public information does not establish approval or payout API terms for a short-video creator rewards business. The operator must confirm the use case, contracts, identity checks, fees, and reconciliation with the provider. Stripe Checkout is not a Pakistan creator payout integration.
How do blocking and reporting work?
Blocking filters the creator from your feed and prevents sending to them from this account. Reports are currently stored privately in your account; they are not delivered to a moderation team. Production moderation delivery and platform-wide bans require a protected server workflow.
How does messaging protect my conversations?
The existing messaging flow encrypts content using AES-GCM and signs it with your account key. Key backup is stored privately for cross-device access. Sender, recipient, and time remain public metadata. The identity certification service must be configured before sending; do not use this unaudited channel for sensitive information.
How do I delete my account?
Settings can save a private deletion request; it does not erase an authentication account or cloud assets automatically. An operator must complete erasure. You can remove your own published videos from Profile, but only the app owner can delete the stored public files.

Terms & privacy overview
You retain rights to your original content and authorize TOKIO to display the material you publish. Public uploads can be opened by anyone with the file URL. Sign-in and private account records use the built-in authentication and account-scoped key-value store. Provider-connected AI and live sessions share the necessary input and session data with those providers. No monetary reward, service availability, or payout is guaranteed.
These are operational guidelines, not a complete jurisdiction-specific legal policy. Before public launch, the operator must publish its identity, contact channel, age policy, retention schedule, complaint procedure, and reviewed terms. No business contact details have been invented.
